The Terms of Use are intended to explain the rules of use of Hotsaffe (referred to as the Application, us, we, and our) which are applied to all users who downloaded and installed the Application. Please note that you automatically agree to all the points of this document. If you disagree with the rules described here, immediately delete it from your device. Hotsaffe can introduce amendments to this document without prior notice to the users. Once the changes appear in these Terms of Use, you automatically agree to them as well. The violation of any rule described in the document may lead to the block of your account without an explanation from the app’s administration. Therefore, we encourage you to check the document from time to time to be updated on the rules of use of Hotsaffe. 

As mentioned above, all users follow the same rules, and everyone is solely responsible for subsequent actions: 

• It is prohibited to download or distribute content prohibited by law;

• Organizing or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited;

• You are not allowed to harm, insult, or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclinations, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) against other people while using Hotsaffe;

• Access to the source code of the application or its sharing should not be carried out without the prior official permission of the owner of Hotsaffe;

• You are not allowed to infringe the intellectual property rights of others when using Hotsaffe.

The application cannot ensure the reliability of the system. Using Hotsaffe, the user uses our services as is. In case of any damage caused during the operation of the system, you also confirm that you will not make any claims against Hotsaffe and its owners.
We do not view the websites and applications that you use while Hotsaffe is enabled. It follows from this that we are not responsible for the websites visited and purchases made by our users. Hotsaffe does its best to make its services available at any time. However, unpredictable and uncontrollable obstacles, such as poor connection or VPN services, can vary, and this goal cannot be achieved from time to time. Please note that Hotsaffe is not responsible for accidental deletion, non-delivery, or incorrect data redirection due to network or application problems. Hotsaffe reserves the right to limit the performance capabilities of the application by its sole decision.
